AIsa Raises Seed Extension Funding

AIsa has completed its Seed Extension funding round, with Tether and HIVEN joining the company as strategic investors. The latest round brings AIsa’s total funding to more than $9 million.

The new investors join existing backers, including Alibaba, Tribe Capital, Sumitomo Corporation, Draper Associates and Saison Capital.

The company is focused on building infrastructure that helps businesses use AI agents securely. Its platform allows AI agents to access external data, AI models, APIs and software tools while following company rules and spending limits.

AI agents need access to real-time information and business tools to perform tasks effectively. However, managing different service providers, permissions and payment systems can be difficult for large businesses.

AIsa aims to solve this problem by bringing resource discovery, access and payments into a single network. Its platform allows AI agents to connect with external data sources, AI search services, models, APIs and industry-specific tools through one programmable interface.

The platform also includes billing and payment systems that track usage and manage transactions. Businesses can set permissions, budgets, spending limits and approval processes. It also maintains audit records and provides information about the source, freshness and quality of data.

AIsa sees stablecoins as a potential payment solution for the growing AI agent economy. For example, an AI research agent could pay for thousands of API calls at a low cost, while an AI-powered business agent could make payments to suppliers and service providers across different countries.

The company has also started pilot programs with several major enterprises. These projects are exploring potential applications in financial intelligence, market research, supply chain management and commerce.

Going forward, AIsa plans to expand its global network of resources, improve enterprise security controls and scale its transaction infrastructure. The company aims to become a key infrastructure provider for AI agents, helping them access services and complete transactions across industries and international markets.
