Queen One, an AI-powered commerce technology company, has raised $25 million in new funding to expand its Commerce CRM platform, scale its commercial operations, and launch a new advertising business.
The funding comes from Mercury Fund, Full In, Connecticut Innovations, CP Overture, Charge Ventures, Inspired Capital, and existing investors. The latest financing brings Queen One’s total external venture funding and performance-based incentives to more than $37.5 million.
Founded by former Wunderkind executives Ryan Urban and Maricor Resente, Queen One develops AI infrastructure designed to help brands manage commerce, customer relationships, advertising, and consumer experiences through a single platform.
The company says its Commerce CRM is the industry’s first fully AI-governed Commerce CRM and is powered by more than 30 specialized AI models. Queen One claims its technology can reduce commerce technology costs by 50% to 75% while improving revenue performance.
The new funding will support several areas of growth, including expansion of Queen One’s go-to-market organization, continued investment in its AI infrastructure, and the launch of its advertising business.
The advertising business will be led by Andres Moran, former head of Wunderkind’s advertising business. Moran will focus on connecting brands, advertisers, and publishers through Queen One’s commerce platform.
“Are you a brand? Do you want 50% more email and text revenue at 50-75% lower cost? Email blitz@queen.one, with subject line “Never Pay Full Price,’ tell them Maricor sent you,” said Maricor Resente, Founder and COO of Queen One.
Blair Garrou, Founder and Managing Partner at Mercury Fund said, “Ryan was the pioneer behind the launch of identity resolution and effective use of email and text marketing to drive profitable revenue for ecommerce brands. For larger brands, these savings can be upwards of 60-80% or $5–10 million per year, while increasing topline performance. Every ecommerce company should be evaluating modern AI stack vendors, and Mercury believes Queen One is in the best position to win.”
“For Queen One, when we say LFG, the ‘G’ stands for GROW,” said Ryan Urban, Founder and CEO of Queen One. “We have a powerful and disciplined team that is resolute on having the dominant offering. There’s enterprise, there’s beyond enterprise, and there’s Queen One technology. This star team invented identity resolution, and now we have by far the best-in-class recognition stack and network.”
“In terms of acquisitions, we see potential in previously formidable companies with the absence of great leadership. Queen One has the leading platform and the unified leadership vessel to acquire many of these yesteryear companies.”
Queen One is also launching its Transition Program, aimed at brands moving away from legacy commerce platforms. The program offers free data migration, waived implementation fees, and a 24-month price lock at rates the company says are 50% to 75% below prevailing legacy platform pricing.
The company has also established a dedicated acquisition reserve to pursue commerce and marketing technology assets, including technology, customer contracts, and teams, where acquisitions could provide better outcomes for customers.
Queen One says it has signed more than 300 launch partners and grown its team to more than 140 employees since its first institutional funding round. The company is headquartered at the Rise and Fly Vision Centre, a 30,000-square-foot facility in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
With the latest funding, Queen One plans to accelerate its commercial expansion, strengthen its AI infrastructure, grow its advertising business, and pursue strategic acquisitions as it seeks to establish its platform as a broader infrastructure layer for modern commerce.
