Guideless, an AI-powered software training and knowledge platform, has raised €1 million in pre-seed funding. The company will use the funding to improve its technology and expand into international markets.
The funding round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and several angel investors. These include Thomas Plantenga, Group CEO of Vinted; Vytautas Atkočaitis, CEO of Vinted Go; and Mantas Mikuckas, co-founder of Vinted.
Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika. The company is building an AI platform that helps businesses automatically create and update software training materials and workflow documentation.
The company soft-launched its product in late 2025 and was officially incorporated in June 2026.
Guideless aims to solve a common problem for businesses: keeping software training and documentation up to date as teams, tools and workflows change. When information becomes outdated, employees often have to ask colleagues or support teams for help.
The platform records how employees use business software and uses AI to turn those actions into structured training materials. These can include visual step-by-step guides, written instructions, transcripts and voice narration.
Companies can then edit, customise, brand, share or export the training content based on their needs.
“We designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change,” said Evaldas Bieliūnas, CEO and co-founder of Guideless.
The new funding will help Guideless improve and develop its product faster. The company also plans to use the money to grow its team and add more talent.
Guideless will also use the funding to support its international expansion, with plans to enter the UK, other European markets and the US.
