Vilnius-based Holo, an AI platform that helps small businesses plan and manage their marketing, has raised €5 million in a Seed funding round. The company will use the funding to improve its AI marketing platform, reach more small businesses, and expand its team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The funding round was led by Market One Capital, with participation from Silicon Gardens, FirstPick, Leonis Capital, NGL, Tekton Ventures, and several business angels.
“Every business on Holo teaches the platform something about what works, from which email subject lines get opened to which ad formats get the most reach. An owner gets a plan built around their business, and that plan keeps changing based on what actually happened. This round lets us push that further, so more of the work can run on autopilot and the owner only steps in when they want to,” said Kovger, co-founder of Holo.
“Most small business owners we talk to are great at what they do, and almost none of them started a business to do marketing. We think that within a few years a small business will be able to market the way the biggest brands do, with a real plan, constant testing and a clear decision every week about what to do next, and the owner won’t have to think about it any more than they think about how their bank processes payments. More than 20,000 businesses already pay for Holo, which tells us owners are ready for that, and this round is about getting them there faster,” says Urbanavicius, co-founder of Holo.
Founded in 2025, Holo was started by Deividas Kovger, who leads product, and Aleksandras Urbanavicius, who oversees growth. The founding team also includes Karolis Vaiginis, who leads design, and Arnas Puidokas, the company’s chief technology officer (CTO).
Holo aims to make marketing easier for small businesses through its all-in-one AI platform. To get started, business owners simply enter their website address. The platform then learns about their products or services, brand style, and communication approach. Based on this information and the business owner’s goals, Holo creates a suggested marketing plan.
“Great products usually come from people who’ve lived through the problem themselves. Content is basically free to produce now, but knowing what actually converts takes context and hands-on experience. Holo’s founders have both, and it’s what sets them apart. We already see it in their early traction and are glad to back them,” said Michał Mroczkowski, partner at Market One Capital.
Holo uses AI models developed by other companies and combines them with its own technology to power its platform. The Lithuanian startup says it reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within just 252 days, after raising less than €1 million before this funding round. More than 20,000 businesses across over 100 countries now pay to use its platform.
