London- and New York-based Nevis, an AI operating system for wealth management, has raised €62 million ($70 million) in Series B funding. The company will use the new funding to improve its AI agents, build more integrations with custodians and WealthTech platforms, and expand its product and go-to-market teams.
The funding round was led by EQT Ventures. Nevis has now raised a total of €98 million ($110 million) in just two years since its founding. New strategic investors include The Charles Schwab Corporation and QuantumLight, the investment fund of Revolut founder and CEO Nik Storonsky. Existing investors, including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit Capital, also increased their investments in the company.
“Our customers measure Nevis in business results: more client calls, hours back every week, and accounts opened every day. Nevis agents finish the work, so every advisor can give every client the white-glove attention of a full-service team,” says Mark Swan, CEO and co-founder of Nevis. “We’re proud to have investors who see this industry from the inside backing our work to make AI agents core infrastructure for advisory firms.”
“Mark, Philipp and Ivan have built an exceptional AI platform at a time when wealth management faces a growing capacity gap, with advisors retiring as demand for advice rises. Nevis is helping firms serve more clients and scale efficiently. We’re excited to bring EQT’s network across wealth management and financial services to support their growth and ambition to become the foundational AI platform for the industry,” adds Carolina Brochado, Partner and Head of EQT Ventures.
Founded in 2024 by CEO Mark Swan, Chief Product Officer Philipp Burda, and COO Ivan Chalov, Nevis develops AI tools that help financial advisors automate administrative tasks. The company serves customers who collectively manage more than €625 billion ($700 billion) in client assets.
Nevis brings customer relationship management (CRM), meeting intelligence, financial planning, and custodian workflows together on one AI platform. Its AI agents handle operational tasks from start to finish, helping financial advisors reduce manual work. So far, the platform has completed more than 100,000 operational tasks.
“We’ve built an AI ecosystem that gives advisors greater choice and access to capabilities that can help them run and grow their firms,” says Jon Beatty, head of Schwab Advisor Services. “Our investment in and partnership with Nevis expands that ecosystem, helping advisors harness AI to operate more efficiently, increase their capacity and ultimately serve more investors.”
The funding comes after a year of strong growth for Nevis, with the company reportedly increasing its revenue by more than 25 times. Its customers include Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital and United Capital.
