Autentic AI has raised €1.5 million in pre-Seed funding. The round was backed by venture capital firms Baobab Ventures, Lanai Ventures, Acurio Ventures, and Masia VC.
Founded by Dani Diestre, Aniol Carreras, and Jacob Bamio, Autentic AI has developed a platform that uses artificial intelligence to interview hundreds of consumers and experts at the same time. This helps companies complete market research in days instead of waiting weeks or months. The platform combines AI-powered interviews and data analysis with human researchers who review the findings and provide additional insights.
Autentic AI aims to make market research faster and more affordable. Traditional research can be expensive and time-consuming, which often prevents companies from collecting customer feedback regularly. The startup wants to help businesses gather customer insights more often and use them to make better decisions.
Dani Diestre, co-founder and co-CEO of Autentic AI, commented: “When a study costs €100,000 and takes three months, companies cannot run one every time they need an answer. By the time the findings arrive, the market may have moved on. The real cost is making important decisions without hearing from customers. At Autentic, AI conducts the interviews and researchers interpret what the answers mean. We want research to be something companies can do every week.”
Autentic AI currently conducts around 1,000 interviews every day and expects to complete more than 400,000 interviews by the end of 2026. Its platform serves four main sectors: fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and strategy consulting and private equity.
The company works with verified participants who are paid for their time to help ensure reliable research results. Each finding is supported by video evidence from interviews, allowing clients to review the original responses and understand how the conclusions were reached.
Autentic AI also uses AI to analyse conversations, identify common patterns and discover connections between responses. Businesses can break down the findings by factors such as age, location and product usage to better understand different customer groups.
The new funding will help Autentic AI automate more of its research process and build its own network of verified consumers and industry experts. This will give the company greater control over research quality while reducing its dependence on external research panels.
