Wealthbox, an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform for financial advisors, has appointed Anand Sheth, founder and former CEO of Pulse360, to its product team. Sheth will focus on developing AI and enterprise features for large registered investment advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, and advisor networks.

Sheth brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial advisory industry. He spent nearly two decades at Ameriprise Financial in practice management, client service, and compliance roles, before becoming Chief Operating Officer of Confluence Wealth Management Group.

In 2019, Sheth founded Pulse360, a company that automates meeting preparation, notes, follow-ups and compliance records for financial advisors. Pulse360 introduced AI-powered note-taking in 2023 and integrated with leading advisor CRM platforms including Wealthbox.

The appointment comes as Wealthbox expands its services for larger financial advisory firms and enterprise customers. The company has been developing AI tools, including Wealthbox AI Assistant, AI Notetaker, and AI Agents, to support client service and practice management.

Sheth will lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and report to Steve Carroll, Wealthbox’s Head of Product. His work will focus on integrating AI-driven CRM features into workflows for growing and enterprise firms, particularly in automation, compliance, and firm-wide oversight.
