Offe Market Raises $3M Seed Round Led by Slauson & Co.

Offe Market, an online marketplace for discounted fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products, has raised $3 million in seed funding. The round was led by Slauson & Co., bringing the company’s total funding to $4.3 million.

The round also included participation from InvestTN and Baukunst, which previously led the company’s pre-seed financing. Other investors included retail executives Jill Fisher Bowen and Stephanie Kleinjan, along with Ruffin Mitchener, founder of Brydge Club.

Offe Market plans to use the funding to expand its commerce intelligence platform. Key areas of development include AI-powered pricing, personalized product recommendations and live shopping features.

Founded by retail executive Rachel Gannon, Offe Market connects brands looking to sell excess inventory with consumers seeking discounted products. Its marketplace offers fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle merchandise at discounts of 30% to 80% off retail prices.

The company reported that revenue, shopper numbers, and order volume have each grown 2.5 times year over year. It has worked with more than 200 brands, including Harper Wilde, OBEY, Rachel Antonoff, Wrangler, and Dolce Vita. Its product selection has also expanded into home furnishings, personal care, and beauty.

Offe Market’s platform integrates with participating brands’ inventory systems to update product information, pricing, and availability in real time. It also supports automated fulfillment routing and provides brands with sales and sell-through data to help inform inventory and merchandising decisions.

The company is designed to give brands more control over pricing and product presentation than traditional liquidation channels. It offers curated selections and personalised recommendations to help shoppers discover discounted merchandise.

Offe Market has a brick-and-mortar store location in Echo Park in Los Angeles that serves as a store, community space and content studio. The site hosts shopping events and sample sales, and supports the company’s social media and live commerce efforts.

Gannon developed the business after more than a decade in retail buying and merchandising, including roles at Rue La La, Macy’s, and ban.do.

With its latest funding, Offe Market plans to strengthen its technology and expand its brand partnerships as it builds a digital marketplace for excess inventory and discounted consumer products.
