Ozlo Raises $22 Million Series B Led by Modi Ventures

Ozlo, a sleep technology company known for its Ozlo Sleepbuds, has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Modi Ventures.

Existing investors LifeArc, Artis Ventures, Resmed, Scrum Ventures, Drive by DraftKings, Wheelhouse 360, WISE Ventures, Niremia Collective, Accelerate Ventures, and World Solver Syndicate participated, along with NFL Super Bowl champion Nick Foles, Olympic snowboarder Danny Davis, Whole30 founder and New York Times bestselling author Melissa Urban, and high-performance psychologist, author, and podcast host Michael Gervais also participated in this round. The round size includes previously issued convertible instruments.

The funding comes as Ozlo surpasses 260,000 customers in less than two years. The company will use the investment to expand its Sleepbuds business globally, develop new sleep technology products, and explore healthcare solutions for conditions that affect sleep.

A key focus will be advancing the regulatory process for a tinnitus-related product and preparing a submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for review.

Ozlo develops sleep products designed to reduce nighttime disturbances such as snoring and background noise. Its flagship Sleepbuds use intelligent noise-masking technology and are designed for comfortable all-night use, including for people who sleep on their sides.

In July 2026, the company launched Sleepbuds 2, featuring up to 14 hours of battery life, improved connectivity and an upgraded audio system.

The new funding will also support investment in hardware, software, engineering, research and development. Ozlo plans to expand its partnerships with research institutions, healthcare providers, and wellness companies.

The company has an ongoing product collaboration with Calm and has partnered with Dreem Health, a virtual sleep clinic, to connect customers with sleep specialists and clinical care.

Founded in 2022 by former Bose executives, Ozlo aims to expand beyond traditional sleep products and build a broader technology platform focused on sleep health and nighttime wellness.
