Simplismart, a San Francisco-based AI infrastructure startup, has raised $14 million in Series B funding led by Dallas Venture Capital. The round also included participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, and Micromax.
The company will use the funds to make its AI inference engine better and improve its orchestration platform. It will also grow its partnerships, with cloud providers. The company wants to grow in North America and other parts of the world.
Simplismart was founded by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh. The company builds software that helps businesses put AI models into action manage them and grow them efficiently. Their platform focuses on making AI models run better on graphics processing units or GPUs. This helps companies get results while keeping computing costs low and using resources wisely. The goal is to make AI run smoother and more cost-effective.
“The industry has spent years pushing the limits of what AI models can do. With frontier-class open models now readily available, access alone is no longer enough to set a business apart. The advantage comes from how you run them: what each interaction costs, how quickly the application responds, and whether it stays reliable as demand grows,” said Amritanshu Jain, co-founder and CEO of Simplismart. “We’ve spent four years building the software between the model and the GPU, bringing workload optimization, deployment, and ongoing operations into one platform. Enterprises use it to run AI applications; cloud providers use it to turn GPU fleets into services they can sell. We’ve built the infrastructure that makes model capability commercially usable.”
Simplismart helps enterprises and AI companies run their workloads on public cloud platforms sovereign clouds, specialized cloud providers and on-premises systems. The company’s unified control platform lets businesses manage all their deployments in one place. This keeps performance security tight and compliance rules followed across different environments. It’s built to make managing complex setups easier, without losing control over requirements.
“Inferencing is emerging as one of the biggest game changers in AI economics,” said Dayakar Puskoor, Managing Partner at Dallas Venture Capital. “Simplismart is rapidly emerging as a global player helping enterprises run AI workloads more efficiently, while enabling cloud providers to turn GPU capacity into scalable services. We are backing this fast-growing company because of its proven technical prowess in addressing a critical need in the AI infrastructure ecosystem globally, as well as the strong execution capabilities of its founding team.”
The company also helps cloud providers turn their existing GPU infrastructure into managed AI services under their own brands, without requiring them to build their own AI software stack.
Simplismart reported that its annualized revenue run rate grew 14 times over the six months preceding the announcement. Companies including HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna, and Ema use its platform for production workloads involving video, voice, multimodal, and enterprise AI applications.
The startup also works with NVIDIA to make AI infrastructure easier to deploy and operate at scale.
As demand for AI applications grows, Simplismart aims to help businesses make AI inference more affordable and efficient. Its latest funding will support further product development and expansion of its cloud partnerships, positioning the company to serve more enterprises and cloud providers globally.
