Lette Raises $6.5M Seed Funding to Expand Its AI-Powered Property Management Platform

Lette, an AI-powered platform for residential property management, has raised $6.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by Peak, with participation from Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive and Adeline. Several angel investors also joined the round, including Des Traynor, co-founder of Intercom.

Founded by Jakub Rajek and Mohan Sai, Lette develops AI software for rental property operators in the UK and Ireland. Its platform serves different types of housing businesses, including build-to-rent properties, private rental homes, student accommodation and single-family housing.

The company aims to solve common problems in property management. Many teams still use emails, spreadsheets and separate software tools to handle rental enquiries, communicate with residents and manage maintenance requests.

As property portfolios grow, managing these tasks becomes more difficult. Property operators need to handle more work without constantly increasing the size of their teams.

Lette uses AI agents to automate tasks across the rental process, including leasing, resident support, maintenance, overdue rent and compliance. Its platform also works with existing property management software, allowing businesses to automate their daily operations without replacing the systems they already use.

Mohan Sai, co-founder and CEO of Lette, highlighted the need for technology tailored to the operational requirements of residential property managers. Lette takes a home from first enquiry to signed lease and stays with the resident after move-in, working alongside the systems operators already have.”

According to the company, Lette’s technology is already being used across thousands of residential units. Its platform helps property operators handle resident queries and maintenance requests automatically, speed up the leasing process and manage more properties efficiently. Its customers include real estate services firm JLL and large financial institutions.

The new funding will help Lette expand its UK team. The company plans to hire more people in product development, engineering and customer operations.

Lette also plans to expand into more European markets in 2027 as it looks to grow its presence in the residential property management sector.
