Tickets for Good Raises £3.9 Million

UK-based ticketing platform Tickets for Good has raised £3.9 million in new funding. The company will use the money to expand into more international markets and grow its team. The investment came from NPIF II – Mercia Equity Finance, managed by Mercia Ventures, along with Shaping Impact Group (SI3), Finance Yorkshire, Leansquare, and private investors.

Founded in Sheffield by Steve Rimmer and the late Neville Mosey, Tickets for Good helps NHS workers, teachers, charity employees, and people receiving Cost of Living support get affordable tickets to live events.

The platform works with event organisers and venues to offer tickets that would otherwise go unused. People can join the platform for free and pay a small transaction fee when they get a ticket. At the same time, venues and organisers can fill empty seats and earn extra revenue.

Tickets for Good now has nearly 750,000 verified members worldwide and has distributed more than 1.25 million tickets.

The company also has well-known ambassadors, including singer Robbie Williams, former Dutch international goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, and music entrepreneur Hans Brouwer.

Tickets for Good entered the US market in 2023 after joining the Comcast SportsTech accelerator in St. Louis. It now also operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The company doubled its revenue in 2025 and aims to grow its business five times over the next three years.

Steve Rimmer, co-founder and CEO of Tickets for Good, said, “The investment will help the company expand internationally, create jobs in Sheffield and provide more people with access to live events. Tickets for Good was built on a simple belief that live events should be available to everyone, especially the people who give so much to our communities. This investment is a huge vote of confidence in our team, our partners and the impact we’re creating.”

The funding will help the company expand into more countries and create new jobs in Sheffield over the next three years.
