Spiich Raises €3 Million to Build AI Agents for Sales Teams

Spiich, a Stockholm-based startup developing an AI sales agent, has raised €3 million in a Seed funding round. The new funding comes 10 months after the company raised €600,000 in pre-Seed funding, taking its total funding to €3.6 million.

The latest round was led by Ugly Duckling Ventures, a Copenhagen-based venture firm that invests in Nordic B2B software and technology companies. Alliance VC and Cherry Ventures joined as new investors, while existing backer Ampli Ventures also participated again.

Spiich has also received backing from angel investors from companies including Lovable, Neo4j, Tandem Health and OpenAI. The new funding will support the company as it continues to develop and grow its AI-powered sales technology.

“Have you ever bought anything from an AI agent? Almost nobody has. You buy from someone you trust to deliver. Every deal I have ever closed came down to that. We didn’t build Spiich to replace salespeople. We built it so they can finally sell,” said Torssell, co-founder and CEO of Spiich.

Louise Lachmann, General Partner, Ugly Duckling Ventures, said, “Every sales tool of the last decade promised to give reps their time back, and most of them delivered another system to keep updated. Spiich is the first we’ve seen that does the non-selling work rather than assisting with it.

“What convinced us wasn’t the demo, it was what happened after go-live: accounts expanding within weeks because teams kept finding more work to hand over. Johan and Dennis pair engineering judgement well above their stage with a commercial instinct you rarely find in the same founding team. That’s why we led the round.

Spiich was founded in Stockholm in June 2025 by Johan Torssell and Dennis Hadzialic. The company develops AI agents that handle sales tasks such as finding prospects, preparing for meetings, updating CRM systems and following up with leads. Salesforce estimates that these tasks can take up around 78% of a salesperson’s time.

Instead of trying to replace salespeople with AI, Spiich believes that sales is still a human-driven process. Its AI agents are designed to handle the work around a sale, giving sales teams more time to focus on customers and build relationships that can lead to deals.

Spiich says its approach is already gaining traction. The company now works with more than 50 customers across 15 countries in Europe, the US and South America. Its customers include NORNORM, ProfitMetrics, Zaver, Airmee, Rebaba and Epiminds.
