Reply Next, an AI platform for businesses with multiple locations, has raised €400,000 in pre-seed funding. The round was led by 4Founders Capital, with participation from business angels including Juanjo Mostazo and David Alcobero.
Founded by telecommunications engineer Miguel Peñate, Reply Next helps brands with hundreds or thousands of physical locations manage their online presence from one platform. The company aims to make it easier for businesses to manage information and customer interactions across different locations.
Reply Next focuses on digital interactions such as reviews, ratings, messages, searches and recommendations. These interactions happen across platforms such as Google Maps, Booking, the App Store, Google Play and AI-powered search engines. The company helps businesses bring this information together and turn it into useful actions.
“Nine out of ten companies don’t know how much revenue their stores generate through Google Maps, 70% of brands don’t respond to users on public channels, and fewer than 10% of businesses appear in AI-powered search engine results. Reply Next was created to close this gap and give each location the intelligence it needs to compete, “said Miguel Peñate, founder and CEO of Reply Next.
Reply Next brings information and online interactions from each business location into one platform. This helps brands manage their digital presence more easily across multiple locations.
Its AI agents can respond to customers, find problems and identify new opportunities. They can also track competitors and complete tasks automatically while following each brand’s guidelines.
Reply Next wants to do more than simply manage customer interactions. Its platform is designed to spot opportunities, predict potential problems and take action to improve a location’s online visibility, attract more customers and increase revenue.
The company will use the new funding to strengthen its technology and sales teams. It will also speed up product development and create new AI agents that can automate more tasks and business decisions.
