Established in 2017, Atlas Health provides services to its health-related systems and hospitals to put something in place for patients so that they can benefit from financial support programs and secure health coverage. The platform it created was envisioned to ease the financial strain imposed by treatment and assist health systems in the process of getting compensation for their services and minimizing write-offs.
AI Helps Patients Access Financial Assistance
Atlas Health utilizes its proprietary agentic AI technology, Ava, to assist patients in the search for financial assistance with expensive medical procedures. The service links patients with applicable programs to cover costs and performs various compatible functions of enrollment lines for various healthcare facilities, thus making financial clearance much easier.
Through identifying the funding and coverage options available, Atlas Health seeks to overcome financial obstacles that can hinder individuals from getting the medical care they need.
The firm’s platform integrates a funding network, provides workflow automation powered by artificial intelligence, and has support of professionals. With this approach hospitals will be able to better reimburse insurance companies, lighten the administrative burden on employees, and improve customer service.

The investment provided by InTandem will help Atlas Health speed up the process of creating its solution and support medical services providers and patients.
The partnership comes as healthcare organizations seek technology solutions that improve financial performance while making care more accessible and affordable.
Atlas Health aims to build on its existing platform by further developing its AI capabilities and expanding automation across patient affordability workflows.
