ReEmerge, a private MedTech company developing treatments for cognitive impairment, has launched from stealth after raising $37 million in Series A funding.
The round was co-led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP) and Santé, with participation from Oxford Science Enterprises, 415 Capital, IAG Capital Partners, The Vertical Group, and Dendrion Ventures.
ReEmerge will use the funding to support an upcoming clinical study of its Cognitive Network Restoration Therapy (CNRT) for traumatic brain injury (TBI). The company will also advance its technology, expand clinical and regulatory operations, and prepare for future medical applications.

CNRT is designed to target neural networks in the central thalamus, a brain region involved in attention, arousal, and executive function. The company says the therapy aims to activate underperforming but viable neural circuits to help restore cognitive function.
