Crux Analytics Raises $2.2M Seed Funding

Crux Analytics, a fintech company helping financial institutions improve how they serve small businesses, has raised $2.2 million in seed funding, bringing its total funding to $3.2 million.

The round was led by Castle Creek Launchpad, a joint venture fund backed by 34 community banks, with participation from Chartway Ventures, One Washington Financial and Curql.

Crux Analytics will use the new funding to expand its team and accelerate development of its sales execution platform as it grows its customer base among community banks, credit unions and other financial services providers.

Founded in 2023 by brothers Jacob Bennett and Nathan Bennett, Crux provides an AI-powered platform designed to automate business development workflows for financial institutions.

The platform helps employees identify and research potential small-business customers, prioritize prospects, conduct personalized outreach and track relationships over time.

Crux aims to help community banks and credit unions increase productivity without significantly expanding their teams. Its platform is designed to reduce time spent on operational sales tasks and allow employees to focus more on building relationships with business owners.

The company initially focused on community banks and credit unions but has expanded its customer base to other financial services providers. The latest funding will support further product development and team expansion as Crux grows its fintech platform.
