Presto Phoenix, Inc., a provider of Voice AI technology for quick-service restaurants (QSRs), has raised $10 million in funding from Remus Capital-affiliated investors and other existing investors.
The new funding comes as Presto continues to expand deployments of its Presto Voice platform with existing customers while launching with new restaurant customers and expanding its AI capabilities.
Presto plans to use the capital to expand its Voice AI deployments, enhance its technology and increase its impact across the restaurant industry.
The company has also recently announced partnerships with Toast, ElevenLabs and Bluejay as part of its proprietary AI platform.
Presto Voice is designed to automate drive-thru interactions and help restaurants improve revenue, reduce labor costs, increase staff productivity and deliver a more consistent customer experience.
“Over the past several months, we’ve continued to prove that Voice AI can deliver meaningful results at scale across some of the most demanding drive-thru environments and menus,” said Krishna Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Presto. “We are investing heavily in product and operations as we help more of the industry adapt to the inevitable agentic future. Every QSR brand is realizing they must increase digitalization and standardization across their business, and Presto is the natural partner to help them do that for their largest channel – it all starts with Voice. I’m thankful to our investors for having backed us throughout.”
“We are pleased to see Presto’s progress and are fully supportive of the company and its leadership. AI is digitalizing the world, and we are now seeing clear tailwinds for QSR adoption to accelerate: the labor environment, the need to standardize best practices, and the realization that without the data there is no way to keep up with agentic leaders,” said John Tincoff from Remus Capital.
Based in Silicon Valley, Presto is expanding its technology across the U.S. with several well-known quick-service restaurant brands.
The company is backed by Remus Capital, an investment firm focused on Voice AI and is working toward developing a broader suite of Vertical AI solutions for restaurant chains.
With the latest funding, Presto plans to further scale its technology and deployments as restaurants continue to explore AI-powered automation for their drive-thru operations.
