Natural Receives $100M Credit Facility

Natural, a San Francisco-based fintech startup building payments infrastructure for AI agents, has secured a $100 million credit facility from Upper90 Capital Management.

The new facility brings Natural’s total funding to more than $140 million.

Founded in 2025 by Kahlil Lalji, Eric Wang and Walt Leung, Natural is developing financial infrastructure that allows AI agents to hold money, make payments, access capital and complete transactions on their own.

The company is building technology across the payments stack to support emerging AI-driven financial activities. Its upcoming products include autonomous billing, card issuance, payment acceptance, and credit services for AI agents.

Natural plans to use the new capital to expand its operations and continue developing its technology. The funding will also help the company scale its infrastructure for AI agents that need to move and manage real money.

Natural currently provides banking services through Column N.A., Member FDIC.

Led by CEO Kahlil Lalji, the company aims to build the financial infrastructure needed for AI agents to participate more independently in the global economy.
