Unitoq Raises €155K Pre-Seed to Make Property Investment Accessible from €100

Latvian proptech startup Unitoq has raised €155,000 in a pre-Seed funding round from a group of angel investors, including members of the Latvian Business Angel Network (LatBAN).

Founded in 2026 by Eduards Raudonis and Nikita Manija, Unitoq is developing a digital platform that allows people to invest in residential properties with as little as €100. Investors can earn money through rental income and benefit from possible increases in property values.

Buying a residential property usually requires a large amount of money. It also comes with responsibilities such as managing tenants, handling repairs and taking care of paperwork. These costs and responsibilities can make property investment difficult for many people.

Other investment options, such as real estate funds, may not always give investors a clear view of which properties their money is being invested in or how it is being used.

Unitoq aims to make property investment easier through its online platform. Users can choose individual residential properties to invest in, and the company checks each property before listing it on the platform. Experienced property managers take care of tenants, maintenance and other day-to-day responsibilities.

Through the platform, investors can receive a share of the rental income and benefit if the property’s value increases over time. They can also track the performance of their investments online.

“Owning a rental property has built wealth for generations, but the high entry ticket and the hassle of managing it are simply too much for most. Unitoq opens that opportunity up to many more people, letting them build a diversified real estate portfolio straight from their smartphone, “says Eduards Raudonis, co-founder and CEO of Unitoq.

Unitoq is currently applying for a licence from the Bank of Latvia under the EU’s European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP) rules. This licence would allow the company to offer its platform to investors across the European Union. Unitoq plans to launch the platform in early 2027, subject to regulatory approval. More than 1,000 people have already signed up for its waiting list.

The new funding will help the company complete the licensing process, launch its platform and list its first investment properties. Unitoq is also preparing for its next Seed funding round.
