Larridin Raises $30M Series A to Measure Enterprise AI Impact

Larridin, an AI value measurement platform, has raised $30 million in Series A funding to help businesses measure the impact of artificial intelligence on productivity, costs and workflows. The round was led by Pelion Ventures, with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Gradient Ventures, along with new investors.

New investors include GFT, W23, Thayer, DG Daiwa Ventures, Alumni Ventures and Cougar Capital. The funding brings Larridin’s total capital raised to $47 million.

Larridin’s platform connects AI adoption, application and spending data with the work performed by employees and AI agents. It helps companies identify where AI is delivering value, which workflows could be automated and where further investment may be needed.

“Enterprise AI has moved quickly from innovation budget to financial accountability, and our investors share our conviction that companies must be able to prove tangible business value from skyrocketing AI spend,” said Russ Fradin, CEO of Larridin. “Our Series A funding reflects their deep belief in our technology to solve this critical challenge, enabling us to deliver even greater data insights into every AI-powered workflow across the enterprise.”

The firm announced it has calculated over 2 billion AI sessions and monitored more than 82,000 workflows. The corporation reported a 47% average increase in measurable team output among its clients, with an average of $2.4 million spent on AI over the first year.

The platform’s analysis can also reveal differences in AI usage and costs. At one customer, 92% of engineers actively used AI, but one engineer accounted for around 65% of the team’s AI spending in a single week. At another company, Larridin identified a 66-fold difference in cost per completed engineering change between two AI tools performing comparable work.

The new funding will support product development and team expansion. Larridin serves companies including SurveyMonkey, Vertiv, Klaviyo, Gainsight, Globality, TigerConnect, EcoVadis and Sundt.

“Larridin fills a vital gap for enterprise leaders by delivering real transparency into AI and tying every dollar spent directly to measurable business outcomes,” said Jeff Kearl, General Partner at Pelion Ventures. “As AI adoption scales across entire organizations, Larridin empowers executive teams with the intelligence to maximize their return on investment and build a clear path to long-term value creation.”

“Larridin’s exponential growth and partnerships with industry-leading customers reinforce our confidence that the company has built an indispensable platform for the future of work,” said Alex Rampell, General Partner at a16z. “Larridin has truly defined the standard for enterprise AI measurement.”

Larridin Releases Q3 2026 Engineering AI Impact Report

Larridin also released its quarterly Engineering AI Impact Report: Q3 2026, based on proprietary data from more than 1,000 engineers across its customer base.

The report found that AI-assisted pull requests increased from 35% in April to 62% in September. However, the rise in AI-generated work also contributed to review delays, with median wait times for initial human code reviews increasing by 50% over the same period.

The findings highlight the importance of measuring AI not only by adoption and output, but also by cost, quality and workflow efficiency.

Founded in 2024 and headquartered in South San Francisco, California, Larridin provides businesses with tools to monitor and optimize AI adoption, performance and spending across teams and workflows.
