Aurachain, a technology company focused on compliance, risk, and fraud management, has received a strategic growth investment from Evolution Equity Partners, a technology investment firm focused on cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise software.
The investment will help Aurachain expand its business in the United States. The company plans to grow its main enterprise platform, strengthen its partner network, and expand Fraud. Watch, its fraud intelligence network for banks and other financial institutions.
Aurachain provides technology that helps regulated businesses turn compliance requirements, risk information, fraud signals, and AI insights into clear and trackable actions. Its platform supports areas such as customer compliance, financial crime investigations, fraud management, third-party risk, and operational resilience.
Over the past few years, Aurachain has worked with regulated businesses to build a platform designed to handle complex processes while maintaining strong governance and clear audit records. Its technology is now used by enterprise and Fortune 500 companies across North America and Europe.
Fraud.Watch is another key part of the company’s platform. It allows banks and credit unions to share information about fraud, spot new patterns earlier, and take action based on shared intelligence.
Aurachain is also working with distribution partners to bring Fraud. Watch to hundreds of financial institutions across the US community banking and credit union market. As more institutions join the network, the company expects the shared fraud intelligence to become more useful for participants.
“This investment marks an important next chapter for Aurachain. It allows us to scale much more aggressively in the U.S., across compliance, risk, and fraud, while continuing to invest in our platform and AI capabilities. We see a significant opportunity as regulated institutions move from experimenting with AI to putting intelligence into governed operational action. Fraud.Watch demonstrates what becomes possible when that capability extends beyond a single institution and across an entire financial ecosystem, ” said Adela Wiener, Founder and CEO of Aurachain.
“Aurachain has built a compelling platform at the intersection of AI, regulated operations and financial crime. Its combination of enterprise-grade execution and initiatives like Fraud.Watch creates a strong foundation for growth. We look forward to supporting Adela and the team as they expand in the U.S. and internationally,” said Dennis Smith, Managing Partner at Evolution Equity Partners
