Skan AI Raises $63M to Scale Enterprise AI Platform and AI Agents

Skan AI, an enterprise AI company building a context graph of how work happens across businesses, has raised $63 million in funding round.

The round was co-led by Cathay Innovation and Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from Citi Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, State Farm Ventures, and Wipro Ventures.

The new funding will help Skan AI expand its enterprise AI platform, accelerate product development, and support the growing adoption of AI agents across large organizations.

The funding comes with the general availability of Skan AI Blueprint and Skan AI Agents, adding to the company’s existing Skan AI Intelligence platform. Together, the products are designed to help enterprises deploy AI based on the actual way work is performed across their systems, processes, and teams.

Skan AI Targets Enterprise AI Adoption Gap

Companies are rapidly experimenting with agentic AI, but many are struggling to move these systems into large-scale production.

According to Gartner, only 8% of organizations have AI agents in production, while 95% of early implementations are expected to require a complete redesign. Skan AI believes one of the key challenges is that traditional enterprise data, including documentation and system logs, does not fully capture how work is actually performed.

Skan AI addresses this gap by observing real-world work signals across enterprise systems and turning them into structured context that AI systems can use.

The company says its technology has already generated more than $500 million in measured customer value.

Skan AI Reports 300% Growth

Skan AI has recorded strong growth over the past year, with revenue increasing by more than 300% year over year.

The company reported an average net dollar retention of 150%, indicating that existing customers are expanding their use of Skan AI across their organizations.

Skan AI has also processed more than 25 billion work signals and now works with seven of the 10 largest banks in the US.

The company has also partnered with the University of Missouri on research focused on AI, enterprise systems, and human work.

Skan AI Enterprise AI Platform

Skan AI’s platform consists of three connected products that work together to help companies identify, understand, and automate enterprise workflows.

Skan AI Blueprint

Skan AI Blueprint identifies and prioritizes potential AI opportunities across the systems employees use every day. It can analyze legacy environments and regulated workflows that are often difficult for traditional AI tools to access.

Skan AI Intelligence

Skan AI Intelligence provides business leaders with insights into enterprise workflows. It supports process benchmarking, workforce management and the identification of technology and automation opportunities.

Skan AI Agents

Skan AI Agents are designed to execute tasks autonomously using the real-world context captured from customer workflows.

The agents are trained using thousands of observed work cases and tested against real business conditions before deployment. They are also continuously updated as workflows change, while maintaining human oversight and auditability.

Skan AI Demonstrates Enterprise AI Impact

Skan AI said its platform is already being used by some of the world’s largest enterprises.

At a major US bank, the company analyzed 11.2 million context switches across 1,500 finance professionals and identified $37 million in operational friction.

The bank then used the insights to provide AI agents with the context needed to perform parts of the work. According to Skan AI, the deployment resulted in:

  • 32% reduction in cost per transaction
  • 41% increase in throughput
  • $18 million in annualized savings

The company said the example shows how observations of human work can be transformed into usable context for AI agents.

“Everyone is obsessed with building a better car. We think the bigger opportunity is building a better navigation system,” said Avinash Misra, Co-founder and CEO, Skan AI.

“Enterprise work context is becoming the foundational infrastructure layer for enterprise AI, the same way CRM became the system of record for customer relationships. Skan AI is the only company we have seen that builds that context from direct observation of work itself and carries it all the way through to agents running in production. With a fourth of the Fortune 50 already running on Skan AI, we believe this is one of the defining platform companies of the next decade,” said Simon Wu, Partner, Cathay Innovation.

Skan AI Uses NVIDIA Technology

Skan AI is powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise and NVIDIA NIM microservices. The company says its technology is designed to deliver reliable and measurable AI outcomes while handling the complexity of enterprise workflows.

Skan AI’s platform creates a continuously updated record of how work is performed across applications, systems, processes, and exceptions.

Unlike traditional enterprise data sources that mainly capture what happened, Skan AI aims to capture the sequence of work, decision-making, exceptions, and human judgment involved in completing tasks.

Skan AI Customers and Market Reach

Skan AI said it has completed information security reviews at major Fortune 50 banks, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations.

The company is currently trusted by one-fourth of Fortune 50 companies and seven of the top 10 US banks.

Skan AI reports average operational savings of 30% to 40% for customers and more than $500 million in cumulative customer value to date.
